What you have been waiting for – an exciting Texas Modern home!
Designed by Bentley Tibbs; formerly with well known architect Frank Welch,
and built by Design Development. This team has combined contemporary
architecture with warm natural elements to create a home of timeless design.

The home is situated on the almost half-acre lot to take advantage of the
natural slope of the land. Enter a stone covered front patio that features a
peaceful eight-foot water basin with impressive four-foot water wall directly
across from the zinc clad front door.

Upon entering the home the expansive use of glass is amazing. The twelve foot ceilings in the living space are accented by transom windows above the glass doors opening to the outdoor patio. Clarification of the term “affordable” and/or “reasonably” priced modern homes.

Follow up question:

What is a reasonable price per foot to pay for a new modern home, and does that number include the property?

As a builder and designer of “modern homes” I am looking for clarification of the term “affordable” and/or “reasonably” priced modern homes.

When speaking of affordable/reasonably priced modern home are you referring to:
a.) the  cost per foot of a new home?
or
b.) the overall cost to acquire the home?
